World Pulse Women & Changemakers, the next Visible for Impact cohort is opening. ❤️

What happens when women doing incredible work become visible beyond their communities?

A few weeks ago, I asked a question here on World Pulse and it led to Visible for Impact initiative pilot cohort.

I started the initiative because I had noticed something.

There are women here leading nonprofits, advocating for women and girls, running community initiatives, telling powerful stories and creating change in their communities.

But sometimes, when someone searches for us online, our digital presence doesn't tell the full story of the work we are doing.

And I believe that needs to change.

So I invited women from world pulse, the response became our pilot cohort.

And now, we have three women who have successfully completed the pilot cohort and graduated from Visible for Impact. 🎓❤️ @Queen Sheba D Cisse @Meecy1 @Mrs . Sindhu Sathya Narayanan

Watching them work on their profiles, rethink how they communicate their experience and begin seeing themselves differently reminded me of something:

Visibility isn't about making noise.

It's about making sure the right people can find you, understand your work and recognise the impact you are creating.

And now, I'm opening Cohort 1.
