My name is Brenda Labanson, and I am the founder of Exotic Helping Hands, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people and uplifting vulnerable communities. My leadership journey is rooted in compassion, resilience, and the desire to create meaningful change. Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by children, youth, and marginalized groups, and I have committed myself to becoming a voice of hope and action.

As a leader, I believe in servant leadership—placing people at the center of every initiative, listening deeply, and working collectively toward sustainable solutions. Through Exotic Helping Hands, I aim to inspire young people to recognize their potential, develop their leadership skills, and become active agents of positive change in their communities.

My vision is to create a global village of empowered youth and helping hands that transform challenges into opportunities, and dreams into reality. With strong values of empathy, integrity, and collaboration, I lead with the conviction that small acts of service can spark great change.
