Unwanted Pregnancy

During my moontime (mentrual) years my body miscarried a few times. It was OK because i didn't want children of my own. I grew up with an alcoholic father and abused mother. I never wanted to pass those behaviors along. My career as a midwife led me to know and take on the birth mother's older children of 9-11 one at a time over the years. I would take them to events, pay for dance lessons when parents could not afford. That is until their eyes started wandering towards the opposite sex, then they came to me for Plan B!!! Towards the end of my career prior to retiring i was attending home births and home abortions.

Currently in the USA there is a huge push by republicans to make abortion illegal, and they have been successful in some states, though hopefully federal law will make it legal in all states.

In the meantime this is a dire threat to women's well being and In direct response to this there has been a large on line presence of abortion information and products for self help abortions. Women around the globe can access abortion means. It is imperative they know how to use safely. An ectopic pregnancy needs surgery. Too far along after conception can lead to heavy bleeding.
