Part Two. Moving Forward, Visible for Impact. My Reflection

On August 19, 2026 we proudly celebrated an important milestone—the successful completion of our Visible for Impact Cohort Fellowship.

A special thank you and congratulations to our wonderful Host, Gold Firstman, for her leadership, encouragement, and commitment to helping women strengthen their professional visibility.

A Special Note of Recognition

Although our fellow cohort member Oleuyemisi Victor Adedokun was unable to be physically present on the day of our celebration due to a scheduling constraint, her presence was felt in that moment. We proudly recognize and celebrate her alongside every member of the Visible for Impact Pilot Cohort. This milestone belongs to all of us, and we honor the commitment, learning, encouragement, and shared journey that brought us to this moment together.

From Visibility to Impact: A Personal Reflection

As the author of this story, I, Queen Sheba D Cisse, am honored to share this final reflection on our journey through the Visible for Impact Pilot Cohort. This experience reminded me that visibility is more than simply being seen—it is about learning how to communicate our purpose, leadership, accomplishments, and humanitarian work in ways that can inspire meaningful professional connections and greater social impact.

I extend my sincere appreciation to our gracious Host, Gold Firstman, and celebrate fellow cohort members Sindhu Sathya Narayanan and Oleuyemisi Victor Adedokun for the spirit of learning, encouragement, and collaboration we shared. As Founder of Queen Sheba Village I carry these lessons forward with renewed commitment to strengthening our professional presence, amplifying the work of women changemakers, and continuing to use our voices in service to humanity.
