What gives Me hope in the coming year. 

 Very often,  in fact , potential is all l see. In my own view no individual is  fully formed. On the contrary, each individual is a work in progress, alive with possibilities. And am drawn toward  helping more marginalised women  in Nigeria for this very reason. My goal is to help them experience success . All the while- l see the signs of growth despite all odds, a glimpse of excellence where previously there were only halting steps, a new skill learned with a promising future. For me , these signs of growth- invisible to some- are clear signs of potential being realised. These signs of growth among women are my fuel. They bring me strenght and satisfaction.

Finally, for me the most important thing- It is to be active. It is to be human and to be humane, it is to be considerate and empathic. It is to give the voiceless person a voice,
