How You present and What passion You bring

Often times We are not given opportunities or chosen because of innumerable factors or often just no connect .We are humans and checklist don't define our vision .What I have personally found is still going out there and putting yourself the same way that You believe in .Because the passion and dedication You being to the Table is Your Alone ..

Being honest and clear about Expectations is very essential .I have had people tell me ,Education is easy to implement and very tangible to measure .But in the townships of South Africa there is a different mindset arising due to poverty bias..societal prevention of Improving and getting better and high paying jobs through higher learning .Add to that accessibility to free education ..

All these three factors can anytime or all together disrupt a desired output ..

Similar is for Advocacy .When you are personally invested in it ,and creating awareness ,helping young parents make correct choices .Attending training ,over and above your profession qualification for years .It becomes easy to recognise what and where You will put your time in .

So ,any bias shown towards you is a personal opinion ..Disability affects a total family and a mother the most .So telling her that She still lacks qualification to stand up for her child is again an intangible measurement ..

I don't regret ,because I am heard in the exact forum where my child matters and it's affected by .A loss for others .

For me ,my total work as community changemaker stands on that one trigger of providing the best services and education for my child .And in that path ,hundreds if not thousands have benefitted and will continue so ..

It's a legacy towards every child's independence and a mother's belief .The reason why I impose the mother to be present in all my workshops ..

And like I said ,when you are clear in your communication,and clear in your vision .Help always comes,in the form of volunteers or connect or funds..

Any missed opportunity ,is always for something far greater than imagined .Don't waste your time persuing .Spend it improving ..And removing yourself from places where Your Voice no longer matters ..

Better opportunities always awaits ,And watching Your every Move .
