Honouring Survival: From Silence to Strength with Honours Foundation.

I founded Honours Foundation in honour of every woman and girl enduring violence in silence. As a survivor of domestic violence and an orphan, I learned early how to fight alone, how to heal in the dark, and how to turn pain into purpose. While volunteering as a community health worker, vaccinating children aged 0–5 yrs, I began to see the deeper wounds mothers carrying trauma, girls at risk, families trapped in cycles of silence and suffering. That’s when I knew I had to do more.

Honours Foundation was born from that fire. We go directly into communities to educate women and girls on their health, rights, and education because empowerment starts with knowledge. Then, while working in the field, I met a member of World Pulse who interviewed me and asked where I was headed. I shared everything my story, my mission, my dreams. That conversation became a turning point. World Pulse became the platform where my voice, and the voices I carry, were finally heard.

This work is my tribute to those still fighting a way to say: You are seen. You are not alone. And your survival is an honour.
