The event was May 5th, on May 4th, because I had envisaged mammoth crowd, I decided to set up the event place.
In observance of the mandatory physical distance i personally set every chair alternatively.
So on May 5th, we positioned every bag of food two meters apart. We have only 150 chairs, therefore when 150 women take their seats, all other women will need to stand. It was an hour event.
We set the foodstuffs as Early as possible and women took position.
