Expectations

As a mentee in community community mentorship program, I expect to gain valuable knowledge and skills that will enhance my personal and professional growth. 

Through this program, I hope to gain important personal and professional development skills. I believe this will be an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with my mentors and peers. I look forward to a mentor who will provide guidance, support, helping me navigate my career path. As a mentee, I am open to learning, communicate regularly with my mentor, take initiatives, and evaluate and adjust my goals regularly.

Through this course, I expect to develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and confidence, build a bond with my mentor just as I have seen/heard my predecessors who shared their wonderful experiences, acquire essential skills for personal and professional growth, I also hope to be well-equipped to achieve my goals and make a positive impact in my community.
