My initiative aims to support girls and young women by increasing awareness of education, confidence, leadership, and personal development opportunities. Many girls, especially in underserved communities, have limited access to information, guidance, and encouragement that can help them achieve their goals.
I plan to reach approximately 50 girls and young women by sharing useful educational resources, raising awareness about opportunities, encouraging them to continue learning, and creating a supportive space where they can express their ideas and build confidence.
My ultimate goal is to empower girls and young women to believe in their abilities, make informed decisions, develop leadership skills, and become positive changemakers in their communities.
