I have decided to do the financial literacy course on World Pulse, as I would really love to learn more about money and become more efficient at saving. I am in quite a difficult place with money at the moment so putting some more effort in to learn about how it all works will help me to build independent financial security.
Below are the words I learnt
Income - money coming in
Expenditure - Money spent on the daily
Savings - All your money kept in the bank for future use
Investment - putting money into things that will give you a profit in the future aka gold
Share market - where shares are bought and sold by individuals and companies
Taxation - money paid to the government through income/goods and services
Economy - the system in which goods are produced and sold in a region
