The Pilot Cohort Program brought real value to our story and visibility to our work.

As an avid encourager and storyteller, she wanted to continue supporting them beyond World Pulse, celebrate their work and achievements, and remain connected to the journeys by making them visible. And So Great Gold started this intiative, Visible for Impact - Pilot Cohort Program for World Pulse women by recognizing a need within our community and having the vision to act upon it.

On July 31st, 2026, I got a message from my fellow member, story Teller and changemaker Great Gold saying that she is starting a free two-week LinkedIn Visible cohort focused on strengthening their LinkedIn presence and becoming more confident by sharing their work to World Pulse women who are creating meaningful impact. Without any second thought, I said Yes and joined the Cohort.

Our first session began on 2nd August 2026 via Zoom with a warm orientation and welcome. She introduced us to the program and provided the “Visible for Impact” Participant Handbook, a thoughtfully designed guide that outlined the details of each session, along with the assignments and activities to be completed throughout the program.

Every individual session was thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed, with timely communication and consideration for the participants’ convenience. Despite coming from different age groups and countries, and balancing different responsibilities and commitments, the participants took the cohort seriously. They consistently completed their assignments, actively participated, and showed up for every session with enthusiasm and dedication.

And our mentor, Great Gold, personally reviewed each participant’s LinkedIn profile and provided thoughtful, individualized guidance on the updates and professional changes needed to strengthen our online presence.

Being new to LinkedIn, the fellowship came at exactly the right time. With the support of this cohort, I was able to strengthen and enhance my profile, connect with people who share my interests, and build meaningful professional relationships. More importantly, these connections have opened opportunities to work toward shared goals through collaboration and partnerships.

Together, we connected, learned, and grew, while supporting one another as we moved forward. I would strongly encourage other World Pulse members to join future cohorts like this one, as they offer valuable opportunities to learn, build meaningful connections, strengthen our professional presence, and create partnerships for greater impact.

On our graduation day, we celebrated not only the completion of the fellowship, but also the dedication, growth, support, and meaningful connections we built along the way. It was a beautiful reflection of how far we had come—together.
