Business Coaching as a New Brand

When you are a leader, an activist and or an advocate, it is your duty to build that trust in yourself and also in others by branding or rebranding you as a person and your organization.

It's also an obligation to tell or let your followers see something in you to believe in, I mean as humans it's obvious we look up to physical attraction. We are attracted to physics far more than intelligence.

It's easier to follow a woman with physical attraction than  the one without it but intelligent inside. 

We all at a point really need to brand ourselves to fit in, not because to please others but to enable us to do what we do best. I had always thought about coaching however, I never for saw it as it coming sooner. It's all happened after I enrolled to take some of the courses here at World Pulse. Yes, you heard me, I am referring to the digital training services here headed by Kirthi.

As I completed my three courses namely, safety and security online, Enterpreneurship and the trainathon version "i thought Lisbeth you got a new career in addition to your old ones" 🤔

As I ponder over this my new career I applied for stipends to host the international women's day activities as part of my trainathon for the entire Ghana as a whole. I was convinced the outcome will be massive and it did turn out to be so as a first timer. I had men and women who both join my trainathon, where as other missed the time and are still asking me for a repeat. Well, I will think about that since it's a career now ha.

I mean the request for repeat kept ringing in my ear that I told myself your new career has just started. That same week I heard about a business coaching trainathon coming on in the neighborhood organize by German Sparkessenstiftung and in collaboration with social Enterprise Ghana, this could not escape me would it? No way. 

As I write you this my note on my bed😴, I have just completed a two weeks business Coaching for the above organization and waiting for my invoice to dropped ha. It will not be the last because I enjoyed what I taught and very proud of my teaching skill after receiving feedback from my sponsors. 

I told Lisa world team member her that the digital training courses here at world pulse acted in my life personally as a career advocate or councillor. 

And it was a great counciling service to attend. I currently have to booked appointments, yet to consider which one to choose ha. 

Thank you very much world pulse for such a great opportunity and for a reward I will doing another trainathon for free no stipends from world pulse for all sisters globally but this time it on entrepreneurship.
